RUI Vocal Studio provides technique-first vocal training services in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Our offerings may include 1:1 vocal coaching, small group classes, and song-focused sessions (collectively, Services).

This website provides information about our studio, lesson formats, pricing, and educational content. Booking, scheduling, and any payment processes are handled through our normal studio procedures and communications.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RUI Vocal Studio Sdn. Bhd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or Services.

To the extent that liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the website or Services will be limited to the total fees you paid to us for the specific lesson or service giving rise to the claim, or MYR 500, whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RUI Vocal Studio Sdn. Bhd., its directors, employees, and contractors from and against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
